Through our research, we discovered that a lot of advice vegans receive on supplementation is incorrect. We discovered that even doctors, while well intentioned, typically have inadequate nutrition training, meaning their advice isn't always correct.
In the end, after combing through scientific studies, we found that there are three key nutrients that most vegans would benefit from supplementing: B12, Omega 3 and D3.
However, finding these products made from vegan ingredients is both challenging and expensive. Even when we did find them, they often contained numerous artificial ingredients. It can also be hard to keep track of when and how many pills you're meant to take.
