This vegan sleep aid supplement has done the trick for me and my wife--we both get deeper, longer sleep when we take it. In fact, we don't want to take it every night for fear of it beiong so good we couldn't sleep well without it! Recommended for sure.

Several years ago after two major brain surgeries. I love the ability to get any kind of decent night sleep and I’ve tried just everything so was skeptical when tried this, but seriously it’s the only thing that’s giving me any help and relief. Almost always just take 1 sometimes 2..my favorite things about this is when I do have to wake up for restroom or let one of my dogs out I can fall right back to sleep that hasn’t happened in years so I don’t know exactly what magic you came up with, but it really astonishes me how well it works with no after effects at all in the morning thanks so much thank you guys I know you’ve helped a lot of people with this Sleep aid. I even keep some extra bottle in my overnight bag when I babysit my grandkids, I never want to be without them

This supplement really works. It takes roughly 30 minutes or so and I am very drowsy. Sometimes I reduce it to one pill only becuase I am sensitive to melatonin: It gives me vivid and strange dreams. However, that is just me and in no way changes my mind about these supplements. I also my fiance try these and he was zonked! I recomend this sleep aid.

I don't know how to change my previous review but I feel I need to say, though i was unsure after the first 3 uses, now that i've used it a few more times i believe it works! I sleep deeper and have vivid dreams that make it clear Im asleep, if that makes sense. Anyway, helping my mind stay asleep is a huge win!
