No problem, log into your account and head to Subscriptions. Click Manage Subscription on whichever product is arriving too frequently! From there you can change your Subscription Frequency. Reach out to hello@futurekind.com and we’d be happy to help.

No problem, log into your account and head to Subscriptions. Click Manage Subscription. From there you can update your address and payment details. Reach out to Support and we’d be happy to help.
As long as you're able to update your address 24 hours before your next order goes out, then your order will be sent to the correct address. If you fail to do this in time, unfortunately we will not be able to provide a refund.
Generally orders will be sent out 5 days before your next delivery is due, so please provide as much notice as possible.
