    I also use the multivitamin, but not the whole dose, because then I get too much of some vitamins and minerals, given that my diet is also rich in them.

    That leaves me with a B-12 deficit, which is very important for me as someone who eats a largely plant-based diet. I was definitely experiencing some symptoms that I guessed were B12 deficiency. Since adding these to my regimen, those symptoms have diminished and nearly disappeared.
