I like that the vitamins have the active form of Folate and DHA. I don’t like that they are capsules but that’s just personal preference. These vitamins don’t make me nauseated or sick and that’s the best part.

Prenatal vitamins = amazing!

After becoming pregnant and taking a typical prenatal I became very depressed. Talking to my doctors was no help. Their responses were “that’s interesting” and then continued to tell me why I need to take prenatal vitamins. After doing my own research and coming to the conclusion it was due to the type of folate, I came across future kind, and I’m so glad I did!! Great taste, a small burp!

These are going down easy, but there is a little bit of a burp afterward. I selected them because they are vegan, A, and third-party tested, which was HUGE!!! It is crazypants how few supplements are actually verificad and tested. Thank you Future Kind

As always, it’s important to speak to your doctor first, but as you become pregnant it’s important to support your changing nutrient needs. Supplementing folate in particular is strongly recommended by almost all medical professionals worldwide to help prevent neural tube defects.

Is your Vegan Prenatal safe? What kind of testing do you do?
