The supplements are easily digestible, no weird GI effects like with other ones I’ve tried. The lions Maine has been a pleasant surprise when taking it consistently because I don’t feel the same brain fog I was feeling before I started it! I’m very happy with the supplements and will definitely continue to purchase from future kind!
We're so glad to hear this positive outcome Danielle! We hope you continue enjoying our products.
switched over and i like em!
Thanks for the review! We're glad you like our vegan complete multivitamin!
I was a bit disappointed to see that there’s no easy to digest option for Future Kind multivitamins. I don’t like TABLET vitamins, because when I visited the Human Body exhibit, I saw a stomach with dozens of undigested tablets. That image has stuck with me for years! I noticed immediately after starting these vitamins, my pee was bright yellow (expected) and cloudy. So I bought a pill crusher and started crushing the tablets and putting the powder in my yogurt. Now my pee is still yellow but clear. Clear sailing! I notice more energy and will keep taking them. I just wish that there was an equivalent powdered form that was the same price as the tablets. Thanks Future Kind!
Thanks for the review! We're glad to hear that these vitamins are working well for you. Rest assured we will share your feedback to the Team.
The customer service far exceeds what I expected and is great. The product itself is the best multivit I have taken in years. I am so glad I found this. Very easy to digest and I feel better since I have been taking it over the last few days. I recently recovered from some physical trouble and these vitamins are helping me get back on top. Thank you so much for what you guys are doing!
Thank you for your kind words! We're glad to hear that you're enjoying our product. We're happy to help you get back on track and feel better.
Organic Vegan Vanilla Protein
This is my first time writing a review for Future kind. My main reason for making purchases from Future Kind was based on their nutrition/ingredients, use of eco friendly bottle, a big PLUS non-GMO and for supporting animal sanctuaries.
I purchased Future Kind vanilla flavored protein powder I was in the market for a new one. First impressions when I first opened the container was it reminded me of the smell of opening up a vanilla cake box mix. Not a complaint just wanted to share.
I am pretty picky with protein powders I prefer no flavored or added sweeteners like stevia or monk fruit. However Future Kind does not have this option. So I went out of my comfort zone and purchased their vanilla protein powder.
To insure it was a keeper I had it a few different ways.
First, I had it as a smooth with banana almond butter, strawberries, almond milk and a few ice cubes. It was pretty good and kept me full.
Second, I mixed it in my shaker cup per instructions on container (1 scoop w/12oz of cold water or plant milk) I had it both ways and they tasted great. I did however prefer it with almond milk better it was creamier and I add a sprinkle of cinnamon, delicious. I still was able to detect a slight taste of stevia but it was not overbearing nor did it linger in taste. Over all I was pleased with the taste.
Third, I made my go to breakfast smoothie bowl. In a blender I place half a banana, 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder, almond milk, 1 tablespoon of almond butter and a dash of cinnamon and vanilla. Blend till mixture is warm. I then take remaining half banana chop it up chop up half an apple, place in a bowl and add a hand full of blueberries pouring the smooth mix over fruit. I usually like to sprinkle either hemp seeds, chai seeds, flax seeds or crushed walnuts or just as it is.
I will definitely continue to purchase this protein powder as I was not disappointed in flavor nor texture.
Thanks for the review! Appreciate you sharing your experience and feedback. We'll take note of those. And this recipes are a steal, thank you. :)
I typically don’t feel much different from most vitamins I’ve tried but these are now defiantly part of my everyday routine. So relieved to have finally found this company!

It is so nice to have only one pill to take to get all the vitamins and minerals you need as a Vegan in addition to the probiotic and enzymes. We have noticed a big improvement in energy and digestive issues!

Vegan Complete Multivitamin (Vitamins + Probiotic + Enzymes)
Thank you for your review!
While getting all the vitamins and minerals you need from a healthy whole foods diet is always the preferred option, incorporating a multivitamin into your daily routine is the most convenient way to make sure your nutritional needs are covered, no matter how busy your schedule might get! Vegans looking for a multivitamin with less ingredients and a higher B12 dose, might prefer our Essential for Vegans.
We built this product initially for our own use (and our families), so quality and safety are of the utmost importance to us. We work with an FDA-regulated and a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) certified facility within the USA, carrying out intensive quality control as well as strict raw ingredient supplier vetting process. We also carry out third-party testing on every single batch.
We use the Methylcobalamin form, due in part to a 2017 study which suggested that Methylcobalamin may be easier for the body to use (more bioavailable) than the cyanocobalamin form, which the body must convert.
As a bonus (and unlike 99% of other B12 products on the market), we also include the adenosylcobalamin form to ensure optimal absorption.
Our Complete Multivitamin tablets are vegan, free from GMOs and all major allergens, but they are manufactured in a facility that handles milk, soy, wheat, egg, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, and crustacean shellfish.
IS IT SAFE?DOES IT CONTAIN SOY, GLUTEN, WHEAT, YEAST, NUTS, ARTIFICIAL COLORS, SUGAR, SALT, OR ARTIFICIAL PRESERVATIVES?SHOULD I CHOOSE THE ESSENTIAL FOR VEGANS OR THE COMPLETE VEGAN MULTIVITAMIN?
Our Essential for Vegans was designed specifically for those on vegan or plant-based diets. If you eat fruits and vegetables on a daily basis, then you’re likely already getting enough vitamins and minerals, which is why the Essential for Vegans focuses on 3 core nutrients: B12, Vitamin D & Omega-3. For those that don’t eat much iodized salt or seaweed, we also recommend taking our Iodine (for your thyroid health). The Essential for Vegans is also great for those who struggle to swallow tablets, as the softgels are tiny and easy to swallow.
Our Complete Vegan Multivitamin was designed for all diets, with enough B12 to still work well for a vegan diet, but enough vitamins and minerals for those who just want an “everything vitamin” to cover all your bases. If you tend not to eat many fruits and vegetables, this might be a better choice for you. It also contains probiotics and digestive enzymes. It doesn’t contain Omega-3 though (we couldn’t fit it in), so if you’re vegan and choose the Complete Vegan Multivitamin, then we recommend taking it with our Vegan Omega-3. For omnivores and pescatarians, you may well already be getting enough Omega-3 through your diet.
Both are fantastic high-quality vitamins, so it really comes down to your diet.
The upper tolerable limit of preformed Vitamin A is 3000IU, however, the key here is "preformed".Beta-carotene, which is the primary source of the Vitamin A that we use, is not toxic even at very high levels.Harvard has a great explainer here under Toxicity:
"In contrast to preformed vitamin A, beta-carotene is not toxic even at high levels of intake. The body can form vitamin A from beta-carotene as needed, and there is no need to monitor intake levels as with preformed vitamin A. Therefore, it is preferable to choose a multivitamin supplement that has all or the vast majority of its vitamin A in the form of beta-carotene"
The 1500mcg of Palmitate that we use is absorbed at a higher level, estimated between 50% and 90%, which if we assume the average is 70%, gives an absorbed mcg of around 1000mcg, which is very close to the RDA, particularly when accounting for the fact that most people miss a day or too each month. Certainly it's a far cry from the upper tolerable limit.Ultimately, we always advocate for a diet-first, supplements second approach to nutrition.
